Culina brings industry-leading expertise together under one brand

CulinaCulina has unveiled the next phase of its growth strategy, marking a defining milestone in its evolution and creating an even stronger proposition for customers, colleagues and partners.
As part of this transformation, Culina Group and its subsidiaries will unite under a single identity: Culina. The move will bring together established businesses including Culina Logistics, IPS, Stobart, Great Bear, Fowler Welch, Warrens, CML, Stobart Europe, IRF and iForce under one powerful brand.
Over many years, Culina has grown both organically and through acquisition, building industry-leading capabilities across warehousing, transport, e-fulfilment, contract packing, and international logistics. Bringing these businesses together under a single identity creates a fully integrated organisation that combines end-to-end supply chain expertise with the simplicity of one trusted partner.
More than a rebrand, this evolution strengthens how Culina serves its customers. A unified identity better reflects the scale, capability and specialist expertise of the UK’s largest privately owned logistics and supply chain partner, while making it easier for customers to access the full breadth of services available across the business.
Culina will operate through five specialist divisions: Chilled & Fresh Logistics, Contract Logistics, Transport Logistics, Integrated Packing Services and International Logistics. Each division will retain the expertise, capability and operational excellence customers rely upon today, while benefiting from greater collaboration across the wider business.
The change reflects Culina’s vision of being the UK’s leading independent specialist supply chain partner. Guided by its mission, “Working as one, we help our customers grow by keeping supply chains moving,” the business combines specialist expertise, entrepreneurial spirit and dependable execution to deliver for customers.
As a privately owned business, Culina remains focused on long-term growth, investing in infrastructure, technology and customer partnerships while maintaining the agility and responsiveness required in a rapidly changing market.
Specialist operations The Pallet Network, Stobart EU Automotive and Eventor will retain their existing identities.
Liam McElroy, CEO of Culina, said: “This is a landmark moment for Culina and a defining milestone in our journey as a business. Over many years we have built one of the most comprehensive logistics and supply chain networks in Europe, bringing together exceptional businesses, expertise, and capabilities. Today, we unite those strengths under a single identity that better reflects who we are and what we can deliver.
For our customers, this creates a simpler, stronger, and more connected experience, providing seamless access to our end-to-end capabilities through one trusted partner. For our colleagues, future talent, partners, and wider stakeholders, it brings greater clarity around our purpose, ambition, and the opportunities we can create together.
Our 15,000 colleagues are at the heart of this transformation. Their expertise, commitment and passion have built the business we are today, and they will continue to drive the innovation, service excellence and customer focus that define Culina. Together, we are creating a stronger platform for sustainable growth and reinforcing our position as the UK’s leading privately owned logistics and supply chain partner.”
The transition will take place progressively, with the Culina brand becoming increasingly visible across sites, vehicles, digital platforms, and communications.
This marks the beginning of an ambitious new chapter for the business. By bringing its people, expertise, and capabilities together under one brand, Culina is creating a stronger platform for collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth, while remaining true to the specialist expertise, entrepreneurial spirit and trusted relationships that have shaped its success.
