Daylesford Organic announces new Broths for January 2024

Following the success of its best-selling Organic Chicken Bone Broth, Daylesford Organic is delighted to announce the launch of two brand new additions to the range: the vitalising 10 Hr Beef Bone Broth with Garden Greens & Herbs and gut balancing Hot & Sour Vegetable Broth.

Nutritional food and drink is becoming more and more essential to consumers, with 67% of the UK believing that getting a good amount of daily nutritional needs in a portion makes a healthier food product better value (Biofood, 2023). Following an indulgent festive season, Daylesford’s new bone broths are the perfect, trouble-free way to recover and rejuvenate in January, with endless nutritional benefits. From protecting bones to detoxifying the liver and nourishing skin, bone broths are a health hero rich in vitamins, minerals and collagen.

A staff and customer favourite at Daylesford Organic, here are the latest additions to the collection:

NEW 10Hr Beef Bone Broth with Garden Greens & Herbs, RRP £6.99

For vitality, a high-protein, nourishing broth made with organic beef bones from grass pastured cows at Daylesford’s farm. Slow-cooked to help release the nutrients and high-quality collagen within. Simply heat and enjoy!

NEW Hot & Sour Vegetable Broth, 500ml, RRP £5.99

For gut balance, a nourishing hot and sour soup packed with seasonal greens, mushrooms and edamame with miso and invigorating ginger and lemongrass. Perfect with a squeeze of fresh lime or, for a heartier meal, cook a portion of soba noodles in the broth.

Best-Selling Chicken Bone Broth with Ginger & Greens, £5.99

For gut balance, a nourishing broth full of fresh ginger, greens and organic free ranging chicken bones from Daylesford’s farm, slow-cooked to release the nutrients and high-quality collagen within. 2016 Soil Association Boom Awards Winner.

Daylesford’s resident nutritionist, naturopath and wellness expert Rhaya Jordan recommends a daily cup of bone broth. With all products sold ready-made straight from the Cotswolds farm’s kitchens, this couldn’t be easier, all you have to do is heat, sip and enjoy. Or alternatively elevate a broth by adding an egg, extra vegetables, some meat or fish for a heartier meal.
