PizzaExpress has introduced a festive menu complete with a side of Christmas decorations (available to purchase via the brand’s TikTok shop) resembling one of the brand’s most iconic dishes: Dough Balls.
This Christmas, the famous PizzaExpress Dough Balls have been given a festive twist: for the first time ever, the iconic menu item will be wrapped in crisp pancetta, with sage, a sprinkle of Gran Milano cheese and a honey and mustard dip.
Dough Balls in Blankets have been announced as part of PizzaExpress’ new Christmas menu, which will be served in restaurants across the UK and Ireland from 21st November. The festive line-up also includes a host of returning seasonal favourites, as well as several new offerings such as speciality pizzas and Christmas cocktails.
- Romana Porchetta
- Romana Mushroom & Truffle
- Loaded Snowball Dough Balls
- Snowball Dough Balls Christmas Tree (topped with Pip the Pizzaiolo (pizza chef), a festive character made with Belgian white chocolate and dressed in the brand’s iconic black and white striped t-shirt)
- Jingle Bell-ini
- Yule Sparkle
- Salted Caramel Espresso Martini (also featuring Pip the Pizzaiolo)
- Salted Caramel Latte (also featuring Pip the Pizzaiolo)
PizzaExpress has also unveiled the brand’s Snowball Dough Ball bauble decoration, a lifelike Dough Ball adorned with a dusting of ‘icing sugar’ and a golden ribbon, which is the ideal purchase for foodies this festive season via the brand’s TikTok shop. Perfect for PizzaExpress’ Dough Ball fans, the Snowball Dough Ball bauble is available for £7.95 and brings a touch of the iconic dish to Christmas trees across the country.
To coincide with Pip the Pizzaiolo’s place on the Christmas menu, Pip is also available to purchase. Available in Piccolo Pip (£7.95) and Papa Pip (8.95) sizes, these decorations make for a festive touch to a Christmas tree. The Christmas menu-inspired decorations are available to purchase from the brand’s TikTok shop from today, 21st November, with all profits donated to PizzaExpress’ national charity partner, Nordoff and Robbins.
