Fairfields Farm announces the return of its popular festive crisp flavour for 2026

Fairfields Farm is celebrating the countdown to Christmas with the return of its much-loved limited-edition Honey Roasted Chestnut & Sage flavour handcooked crisps, available from September  2026. Following the flavour’s successful debut in 2025, the festive golden favourite proved so popular that it has earned a welcomed return for the Christmas season.

For generations, Fairfields Farm has been growing potatoes with care on its family farm, using its knowledge and expertise to create award-winning handcooked crisps. Like the rest of the Fairfields Farm crisp range, the Honey Roasted Chestnut & Sage flavour is vegan and gluten-free, made using carefully selected ingredients. Combining the rich warmth of a golden chestnut flavour with the sweetness of honey, complemented by fresh and fragrant notes of sage, the limited edition flavour is a must have for festive gatherings, Christmas movie nights and entertaining. These crisps pair perfectly with seasonal chutneys, creamy cheeses, festive meats and sweet fruits such as figs, pears and cranberries.

Founded by Laura and Robert Strathern, Fairfields Farm has been producing handcooked crisps since 2006. Sustainability has always been at the heart of Fairfields Farm.  With three generations of farming experience and a strong connection to the land,  the business uses regenerative farming practices to improve soil health, support biodiversity and reduce its environmental impact. Fairfields Farm is proud to be a carbon neutral brand, with the ambition of achieving on-farm net zero by 2033.

Fairfields Farm co-founder, Robert  Strathern said, “Bringing back Honey Roasted Chestnut and Sage flavour for 2026 was an easy decision for us. It quickly became a customer favourite, offering the perfect balance of sweet and savoury flavours. There’s something magical about creating a flavour like this and seeing how much people love it, so we’re delighted to be bringing it back for another Christmas season”.

Fairfields Farm’s limited-edition Honey Roasted Chestnut & Sage crisps will be available in 150g sharing packs from September 2026. Shoppers can find them via selected retailers, wholesalers, and the Fairfields Farm’s website.
