Fireaway Pizza, the UK’s fastest growing pizza franchise renowned for its authentic Italian recipes and bold flavour innovations, today announces the launch of its new Buffalo Chicken Range – a fiery collection of buffalo-inspired dishes that will be available across all its 160+ UK locations from Wednesday 16th April.
The exciting new range serves as a preview to Fireaway’s completely revamped menu set to roll out nationwide in May, giving customers an early taste of the brand’s commitment to combining traditional Italian quality with on-trend flavour profiles that resonate with today’s diners.
The Buffalo Chicken Range includes four tantalising new additions:
- Buffalo Chicken Pizza: A perfect fusion featuring Fireaway’s signature fast-fired crust topped with premium buffalo mozzarella and tender buffalo chicken strips
- Buffalo Hot Wings: Succulent chicken wings generously coated in authentic buffalo hot sauce
- Buffalo Hot Strips: Juicy buffalo chicken strips tossed in Fireaway’s signature hot sauce
- Buffalo Mac & Cheese: An indulgent twist on the classic comfort food, featuring creamy mac and cheese topped with buffalo chicken strips and a drizzle of hot sauce
The launch comes at a perfect time as consumer appetite for bold, spicy flavours continues to grow. According to retail analysts Mintel, 53% of consumers are willing to pay more for products with new and innovative flavours, with spicy flavour profiles leading the charge. Industry experts have noted the rise of ‘swicy’ (sweet and spicy) combinations, with many now predicting the evolution to ‘swalcy’ – a blend of sweet, salty and spicy – as the next major flavour trend.

True to Fireaway’s commitment to quality, all items in the Buffalo Chicken Range are made with premium ingredients, including dough prepared fresh daily in-store using flour from Italy’s Campania region and buffalo mozzarella imported from Southern Italy.
The Buffalo Chicken Range will be available for dine-in, collection and delivery at all Fireaway locations nationwide from Wednesday 16th April, ahead of the full menu revamp coming in May.
