Beyond Meat,Beyond Meat, Inc (NASDAQ: BYND), a leader in plant-based meat, today announces a new UK ambassador partnership with Karen Carney, one of Britain’s most respected sporting voices and a leading advocate for women’s health, performance and confidence.

The partnership will see Karen front a series of national, seasonal and food-led media moments, including tasty recipe content, match-day and BBQ inspiration in the run up to this summer’s big football tournament. Together, the activity is designed to inspire meat-reducers and plant-based curious consumers to discover how delicious, satisfying and versatile Beyond Meat®  can be as part of a balanced diet.

From quick midweek dinners to summer BBQs and big match-day moments, Karen will showcase how protein-packed Beyond Meat products can fit seamlessly into everyday life, without compromising on taste or enjoyment.

The partnership will spotlight Beyond Meat’s range of plant-based products including Beyond Burger®, Beyond Steak Pieces® and Beyond Sausage®, with seasonal recipe inspiration rolling out throughout 2026.

Ellie Stevens, head of brand, UK at Beyond Meat said: “Karen is a wonderful ambassador for Beyond Meat. She brings authenticity, authority and mainstream appeal, from elite sport and broadcasting to women’s health and modern lifestyle conversations. Together, we want to show more people that Beyond Meat products offer a delicious, easy and high protein solution, whether you’re a committed meat-reducer or simply curious to try something new.”

Football legend Karen Carney said: “I’ve followed a plant-based lifestyle for years and Beyond Meat products are high in protein and a really simple way to enjoy the foods I love, like burgers, sausages, wraps, bowls and quick dinners, without feeling like I’m missing out. I’m excited to work with Beyond Meat to show people that eating well doesn’t need to be complicated or restrictive.

Plant-based eating has been a really positive change for me. A plant-based diet really suits me and my only regret is that I didn’t do it earlier. There is a misconception that you’re going to lose power and strength but that hasn’t been my experience. Once my body started to adapt, my recovery was better, my stats were better and I felt better in myself.”

The campaign launches on May 11 with fresh recipe content, media intervi
