Forks & Founders has officially launched, a new platform and collective designed to give food and drink founders the expert support they need to grow faster and smarter.

Forks & Founders is a one-stop platform offering modular, plug-in expertise across every critical area of a food business, with a trusted network of subject-matter experts (aka the ‘Forks;) from compliance specialists, ex-ops directors to retail buyers, brand strategists and PR leads. No more endless Googling or second-guessing; just proven talent on hand exactly when you need it.

Targeting brands that are at concept stage or already selling and ready to scale, Forks & Founders is built to meet you at your moment. The team partners with brands at every stage of growth, bringing in the right talent – with less guesswork, more action, and real expertise on speed dial.

Founded by Deyvi Sidi-Sarfati and Kit Nguyen, Forks & Founders brings together two deeply complementary skill sets, one commercial, one technical, with decades of hands-on industry experience.

Deyvi brings over 10 years of commercial leadership across manufacturing, foodservice, retail and food-tech. He’s helped businesses at every stage, including businesses like Julienne Bruno (where he worked with Kit), Gopuff, and Kiss The Hippo Coffee. His expertise lies in commercial and RTM strategy, sales optimisation, and supply chain, working closely with founders and commercial teams to unlock momentum and scale sustainably.

Kit Nguyen adds over 25 years of technical leadership in food safety and quality management, with a proven track record of swiftly implementing client requirements and navigating complex market and regulatory challenges. She’s worked with leading names including Compleat Food Group, Rich’s,  Hero Group, Premier Foods and British Bakeries, developing market-leading food safety systems and leading technical teams to ensure best-in-class standards and compliance.

Deyvi Sidi-Sarfati, co-founder of Forks & Founders commented: “We’re not a consultancy, we’re your team in the trenches. We give brands access to real operators who’ve built startups, raised capital, and managed supply chains. It’s about giving founders exactly what they need, when they need it – no fluff, no delays.

Kit Nguyen, co-founder of Forks & Founders added: “Forks & Founders is all about giving ambitious food brands the expert support they need, exactly when they need it. Whether it’s launching a new range, expanding into retail, tackling compliance, raising investment, or gaining PR exposure, we bring in the right people to get it done with you, not just for you.”

Planning to support some of the UK’s most exciting challenger brands, Forks & Founders is here to empower the next wave of food and drink disruptors.
