HURR expands partnership with Deliveroo just in time for festive season

HURR Deliveroo and HURR, the UK’s leading home of circular fashion, have announced the expansion of their “Dress to Door” partnership – now available in more UK cities, towns and counties including Manchester, Birmingham, Greater London, Kent, Northampton, Staffordshire, as well as further locations in Central London.

The announcement, just in time for the Christmas party season, follows the success of last year’s London-focused trial, and also spotlights the women behind HURR’s thriving Lender community. For the first time, Deliveroo users will be able to rent directly from the local wardrobes run by women in locations across the UK, creating an expanded network of small, circular fashion businesses. The initiative aims to empower female entrepreneurship, making it even easier for Lenders to grow their businesses while offering customers fast, convenient access to incredible outfits.

Through the Deliveroo app, users will be able to browse a curated selection of pre-loved fashion from HURR’s top community Lenders – from party dresses and statement pieces to wardrobe favourites from brands including Self-Portrait, Realisation Par, 16 Arlington, Rixo and more. With delivery on demand, directly to doorstepsin as little as 20 minutes, customers can secure their perfect look while supporting small, independent wardrobe businesses in their own city. The expansion of the service covers Greater London, Kent, Manchester, Birmingham, Northampton, and Staffordshire.

HURR makes high-end fashion more accessible and sustainable by enabling customers to rent rather than buy. Deliveroo’s ultra-fast delivery unlocks a new level of convenience – reducing traditional 24-hour rental delivery windows to mere minutes. Each rental arrives with a returns label and simple instructions, ensuring a frictionless experience from start to finish.

The rollout marks another milestone in the growth of Deliveroo Shopping, which continues its expansion into non-food categories and becomes a one-stop destination for everything from clothes and cosmetics to homeware and gifts. With thousands of products available from brands like Not on The Highstreet, Not Another Bill, Boots and The Perfume Shop, HURR joins a growing roster of brands choosing to enter on-demand delivery.

Suzy McClintock, Vice President of New Verticals at Deliveroo said: “We’re thrilled to take our partnership with HURR to more towns and cities across the UK just in time for the festive season. This next phase brings together the speed of Deliveroo with the creativity and entrepreneurship of HURR’s lender community – connecting our customers with even faster, easier access to standout slow fashion. From gifts and decorations, to Christmas trees and fashion, we are building an exciting new destination for Christmas shopping.”

Lauren Roberts, CEO of HURR said: “Our community is at the heart of everything we do at HURR, and this next chapter of our partnership with Deliveroo is all about them – the thousands of incredible women who rent out their wardrobes and champion circular fashion every day. We’re proud to bring ‘Dress to Door’ to more areas of the UK, empowering our Lenders with new customers, new reach and new earning potential, through a platform as well-loved as Deliveroo.

Sakthi Sena, a Lender taking part in the launch said: “What I love most about HURR is the community – we’re all sharing our wardrobes, celebrating style, and supporting each other. Being part of this expansion rollout with Deliveroo means our pieces can reach even more people. It feels special to know that my favourite dresses will be out making memories at celebrations across the country.”

“Being part of this next phase feels incredibly empowering. I started lending on HURR from my spare room, and now my wardrobe will be available on Deliveroo for people across the UK to rent in minutes. It’s amazing to see something so small and personal grow into a real side business – and to be part of a community of women doing the same.”

Customers in select areas of Greater London, Kent, Manchester, Birmingham, Northampton, and Staffordshire can now find Hurr on the Deliveroo app – head to the Shopping page to find a local Lender in your area.
