Iceland Foods has once again been recognised for its outstanding customer experience, receiving the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for the sixth-year running. The accolade celebrates businesses that consistently deliver exceptional service, as rated solely by genuine customer reviews.
The Platinum Trusted Service Award is Feefo’s highest honour, granted to companies that achieve Gold standard for three consecutive years and continue to exceed customer expectations. Iceland’s repeat platinum win reflects its continued commitment to value, customer care and supporting communities through meaningful initiatives.
Through initiatives such as the Bonus Club, which offers customers valuable loyalty benefits including a 10% Tuesday discount for over‑60s, and the Iceland Food Club, which provides interest‑free microloans to families during Christmas and school holidays when costs are highest, Iceland continues to demonstrate its unwavering commitment to putting customers at the heart of its business. These programmes reinforce the retailer’s belief that genuine loyalty is earned through trust, support and consistently great experiences.

Platinum Trusted Service Awards go only to organisations that maintain consistently high scores across a full calendar year. To earn Gold, and therefore qualify for Platinum, businesses must receive at least 50 verified reviews with a rating between 4.5 and 5.
Iceland won its first Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award in 2018 and has consecutively won a Feefo Service Award for nine years.
