Leading EV charging network InstaVolt is expanding their Summer Special promotion to its Bodmin charging hub just in time for the busy school holidays.
EV drivers stopping off at Bodmin Retail Park can now benefit from reduced charging costs, with new summer rates available 24/7 until 31 August 2025:
- £0.50 per kWh via the InstaVolt app or RFID card
- £0.54 per kWh for contactless and roaming users
Based just off the A30 in Cornwall, the 12-bay Bodmin ultra-rapid charging hub is the perfect pitstop for holidaymakers travelling to and from the South-West coast. The site is just a stone’s throw from local supermarkets and green spaces where families and four-legged friends alike can take a break during road trips.
This exclusive offer follows the success of the Summer Special at InstaVolt’s Winchester Superhub and Syon Park sites, where customer uptake and feedback exceeded expectations.
The reduced summer rate is an additional benefit to InstaVolt’s commitment to using 100% renewable energy to power its chargers, helping to make EV driving even greener while also delivering savings to drivers.
Delvin Lane CEO of InstaVolt said: “With many families heading west this summer, our Bodmin hub is expected to be a hotspot for drivers. We’re delighted to expand our Summer Special offer to even more sites as we’ve had a fantastic response so far.
“Whether you’re heading off on a summer adventure or simply running errands, InstaVolt’s Bodmin hub offers a reliable, affordable and convenient charging experience. We believe EV charging should be for everyone, everywhere, and that’s exactly what we’re delivering.”
The expanded offer is part of InstaVolt’s ongoing commitment to building a user-first, sustainable and cost-effective charging network with 100% renewable energy and a over 99% reliability rate.
