Reebok Maryna Bra, £23.99, sports direct.com & Reebok Amy Moulded Bra, £30.00, sports direct.com John Lewis has today announced a major expansion of its Fashion business, headlined by the exclusive return of Topshop and Topman to physical retail and the arrival of 14 new brands for the coming season.

The strategy marks the latest milestone in a broader £800m multi-year investment to elevate the John Lewis shopping experience nationwide. This follows the completion of a significant redesign of the fashion floors at the Oxford Street flagship, representing a brand-wide commitment to investing in the shopping experience.

TopshopTopshop and Topman return to the high street

The centerpiece of this transformation is the highly-anticipated return of Topshop to the physical high street after a five-year absence.

  • Starting today [17 February], Topshop is exclusively available nationwide across 32 John Lewis stores

  • Topman is available in seven stores offering a sharp, modern edit of menswear essentials

  • Collection features 130 of Topshop’s most in-demand pieces from signature denim to footwear

  • Topshop and Topman are also available online at johnlewis.com and via the John Lewis app.

John Lewis will celebrate the launch with a series of high-impact activations:

  • Customers can visit the Topshop kiosk outside John Lewis Oxford Street and grab a complimentary matcha while browsing the latest styles in the Topshop Times newspaper

  • In partnership with the British Fashion Council and coinciding with London Fashion Week, the launch will extend beyond store walls with a Piccadilly Circus takeover, featuring a live music performance

  • Elsewhere, engaging activations will hit the streets of Manchester and Liverpool later this month

Peter Ruis, Managing Director, John Lewis, said: “This moment marks a significant acceleration of our fashion ambition at John Lewis.  To be the exclusive home of an iconic brand like Topshop, sat alongside other exciting new brands, signals our commitment to be the definitive style authority on the British high street.”

Michelle Wilson, Managing Director, Topshop, said: “Today is about making it easier for customers to access the Topshop and Topman pieces they love. From our cult denim to new‑season footwear, you can see it, feel it and take it home the same day. Partnering with John Lewis brings Topshop back to high streets across the UK with the level of service our customers expect.”

14 new brands join John Lewis’ fashion lineup

John Lewis is introducing a selection of new labels this season to significantly expand its range of contemporary and premium fashion.

  • New brands include Samsoe Samsoe, MOTHER, St Agni, Aje, Ida Sjostedt, and Faithful for womenswear, alongside Belstaff, Percival, Parlez, OAS, Patagonia, and Stetson for menswear.

  • New jewellery and accessory names include Naghedi, MM6, Missoma and CompletedWorks.

  • There are new exclusive collaborations with celebrated designer Amanda Wakeley as well as Rejina Pyo and LABRUM who return with their second collections.

  • In own brand, following the successful debut of the J. Lewis menswear collection, the range is expanding into womenswear.

Elevating the shopping experience

The redesign of the Oxford Street fashion floors is part of a larger, store-wide transformation aimed at creating a premium retail and leisure destination.

  • The Oxford Street womenswear floor has been completely reimagined with a new elevated zone for premium brands. The menswear floor transformation will be completed in the coming months.

  • This investment follows the recent rollout of the multi-sensory Beauty Hall concept in Liverpool and the launch of the landmark Gifting Emporium and Home concept in Bluewater, reflecting a brand-wide commitment to transforming John Lewis.
