John Lewis unveils unbeatable Black Friday offers, backed by Never Knowingly Undersold brand promise

John LewisJohn Lewis has today launched its Black Friday offers, a month-long event offering customers an extensive range of exceptional offers, all reinforced by its Never Knowingly Undersold (NKU) brand promise. John Lewis is continuing to match 25 major competitors and all their associated offers and discounts throughout the Black Friday period.

This year’s Black Friday event is set to be a pivotal moment for the retailer, driving significant sales volume and showcasing John Lewis’s expertise as the high street home of Christmas – curating the best products at the best prices with award-winning customer service.

Steve Masterton, e-commerce & digital director at John Lewis, said: “This Black Friday, John Lewis is ensuring customers’ festive spending goes further. Our Never Knowingly Undersold commitment means shoppers get the most competitive prices on the best quality products, all wrapped in the trusted service we’re famous for.”

In the run-up to Christmas, it’s anticipated that over 17.5 million products will be picked, packed and dispatched at John Lewis, with a customer parcel being sent out every 1.95 seconds over this period.

Next-day Click & Collect is available at 10,000 locations across the country with more than 40% of orders reaching customers in this way.

A month of great offers

Customers can benefit from thousands of offers, starting today (Thursday 30th October).

2025 marks 100 years since the launch and a year since the reintroduction of NKU. Supported by advanced AI price matching technology, it enables John Lewis to offer customers market-leading value through a unique blend of outstanding quality, exceptional service, and reassuring prices.

If customers find the same item for a lower price at one of the listed retailers within seven days of buying from John Lewis, the difference is refunded.

John Lewis also provides additional guarantees at no extra cost, on products including:

  • 5-year guarantee on all TVs

  • 2-year guarantee on tech and small electricals

  • 25-year frame guarantee on all own-brand upholstery*
