KFC’s Cheesy Melt Burger
The humble cheeseburger has had a good run. But in 2026, cheese lovers want more. And this February, KFC is answering their prayers with the launch of its cheesiest menu ever – the KFC Cheesy Melt Burger and Hot Cheese Sauce.

Starring the brand-new KFC Cheesy Melt Burger and incredible Hot Cheese Sauce side, it’s the ultimate glow-up to your favourite comfort food. It comes with delicious, pouring cheese designed to be customisable – for dipping, dunking and dripping however you like. The new menu brings next-level flavour in every bite, pour or dip. Melty, indulgent and seriously craveable, it’s the ultimate way to close out cosy season.

The Cheesy Melt Burger features KFC’s iconic Original Recipe chicken, topped with a crispy hash brown, cheese, onion chutney, and lettuce, all in a glazed sesame bun, all drizzled with Hot Cheese Sauce. Not just cheese in a burger, but cheese exactly the way you want.

The Hot Cheese Sauce is served on the side, putting you in charge of every oozy, melty moment. Whether you smother your bun, dunk your chicken or save the cheese sauce for once final glorious pour, the Hot Cheese Sauce puts you in control of just how cheesy your meal gets. It’s heavenly, rich and impossible to resist.

Speaking about the launch, Dani Ruggles, Marketing Manager for KFC UK & Ireland, said: “With the Cheesy Melt, we are listening to our fans. We know that right now, they’re not just going crazy for cheese, but cheese you can dip, dunk, and even pour exactly how you want. Our delicious Hot Cheese Sauce puts them in control of just how cheesy they want their meal to get.”

The KFC Cheesy Melt will be available for six weeks only, while stocks last, from 9th February to 22nd March. KFC’s most delectable drop yet will be available nationwide in participating restaurants and delivery platforms.

  • The Cheesy Melt Burger: £7.99 Box Meal: £10.49

  • The Hot Cheese Sauce: £1.99
