Mars Wrigley has announced that Stéphanie Domange has been appointed as chief customer officer of Mars Wrigley Europe, Central Eurasia, Belarus, and Turkey. Previously, she was General Manager, at Mars Wrigley France.

In this newly created role, Domange will manage customer relations for the region as well as be responsible for developing category, commercial and digital strategy. Domange is an outstanding leader and has extensive experience within the Mars Group, in sales and management functions both in France and internationally. She will be instrumental in building customer relationships across Mars Wrigley Europe.

“Stéphanie’s in-depth knowledge of the Group and her solid customer expertise are real assets to enable Mars Wrigley to achieve its ambitions in Europe. I am delighted to work with Stéphanie to strengthen the development of our client strategy,” said Marc Carena, regional president Mars Wrigley Europe, Central Eurasia, Belarus, Turkey.

“For nearly twenty years, I have enjoyed learning alongside colleagues about the changing expectations and needs of both our retail customers and our consumers. In this new role, I intend to develop and consolidate a pan-European customer strategy by creating innovative growth levers, to actively pursue our development of the category and achieve our sustainable growth ambitions,” explained Domange.

 Stéphanie Domange

A graduate of ISEG, Domange began her career in 1998 in the United Arab Emirates, then joined the Marie group in 1999. In 2004, she joined Wrigley, which became Mars Wrigley. She continued her international career by working in England and Spain, holding local, regional, and global positions throughout her career.

In 2016, she returned to France to take the helm of Mars Food, creating, and deploying a new vision, enabling the company to achieve strong growth. Also appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ebly SAS, she oversees the joint venture between Mars Food France and the Axereal cooperative.

As the head of Mars Wrigley France, Domange helped consolidate market growth by deploying a new agile and efficient organization while preparing for the challenges of the future, such as the sustainable production of Mars Wrigley’s plants in France, the reinvention of the Gum category and the contribution to accelerating the Group’s commitments to sustainable development such as responsible cocoa sourcing. Strategic leader, she has led her teams with the aim of always better anticipating and meeting the constantly evolving expectations of consumers while creating strong partnerships with major retailers.

As the representative of Mars Incorporated in France, Domange served as vice-president of the Circular Economy and Packaging Commission ANIA (National Association of Food Industries), initiating a strategy to promote the actions and commitments of the sector in order to promote the agri-food industry.

In July 2023, Domange was appointed chief customer officer of Mars Wrigley Europe, Central Eurasia, Belarus, and Turkey.
