Mexican brand Tortilla is celebrating the launch of its now app with free tortilla chips and salsa

The Burrito Society app rewarding loyalty with freebies and other surprise perks and special offers

The UK’s most loved Mexican restaurant Tortilla is celebrating the launch of its new Burrito Society app with free Tortilla, the real California burrito and taco joint, is known for creating delicious, freshly made meals from scratch using only quality ingredients.

Every Tortilla dish is made-to-order which they aim to serve in less than 90 seconds – that’s fast and fresh! There’s also over 4 million burrito filling combinations to try!

The new app delivering greater value and other benefits is part of the company’s expansion plans to meet the growing demand for delicious freshly made food at affordable prices.

For everyone that downloads the app and purchases a main meal by Wednesday, August 14 they will get FREE chips and salsa.

Every main meal purchased they get a digital stamp in their app and after five stamps they receive a free medium main. Plus after two stamps tortilla is giving away a free fan favourite guacamole topping!

Tortilla Mexican Grill, the largest and most successful fast-casual Mexican restaurant group in Europe, launched its first ever app including a new loyalty programme – The Burrito Society earlier this month.

The new app, which climbed to second spot in the food and drinks category on the App Store over its first weekend, brings together like-minded burrito fans, rewarding customers for their loyalty.

The new app is centred around simplicity, bringing everything together in one place, allowing customers to collect stamps, unlock rewards, order ahead, find their nearest restaurant and enjoy exclusive perks. Loyal Tortilla fans will still be able to earn a free medium Burrito after five stamps, rolled over from its previous rewards programme, with the added bonus of receiving free guacamole topping after two stamps. The validity on rewards earned from stamps has been extended to 90 days and can be redeemed in company-owned stores only.

A new key feature of the app is its refer a friend functionality where customers will receive an additional stamp for every friend they introduce to the app. Over 95% of Tortilla customers say they would recommend the brand to friends and family.

The new rewards programme also promises to offer surprise perks that drop into the app, especially for its most loyal customers.

Demand for Mexican cuisine has been steadily increasing for years, with customers wanting to enjoy novel flavours based on unique ingredients at reasonable prices. Tortilla prides itself on offering food that is healthy, fresh and customisable, all at an affordable price. All its dishes are made to order, with customers able to pick from thousands of flavour combinations.
