Blended malt whisky brand Naked Malt has achieved a major milestone with a new national listing in 720 Tesco main estate stores across the UK. Previously available through specialist online retailers such as Master of Malt, Tesco becomes the brand’s first national grocery multiple, significantly broadening its presence in the UK off-trade.
The 70cl SKU (RRP £30) is now live in stores, bolstering Naked Malt’s ambition to make premium whisky more accessible to everyday shoppers.
The listing represents a strategic move for Naked Malt as it taps into rising consumer interest in premium and craft spirits across grocery formats.
Jamie Docherty, global brand manager at Naked Malt, said: “Tesco is a key retail partner, and this national listing is a big step forward in making our whisky more accessible to UK shoppers. As blended malts continue to outperform the wider category, with super-premium driving that momentum, Naked is perfectly positioned. Our award-winning blend stands out for its versatility and accessibility, and we’re excited for more consumers to discover and enjoy whisky their way.”
