This November, London’s boutique donut atelier, Donutelier, invites customers to step into a world of festive fantasy with the launch of its limited-edition Christmas collection inspired by The Nutcracker. Launching at both Donutelier locations, this limited-edition range celebrates the artistry of pastry with creations as theatrical and enchanting as the season itself – and to make the season even sweeter, Donutelier will be running a 12 Days of Christmas giveaway packed with delicious prizes and tickets to The Nutcracker.Launching in mid-November, the collection features three exquisite new donuts, each crafted with the elegance and indulgence of the Christmas season in mind. The Spiced Apple Tutu is a delicate balance of crème pâtissière filling, vanilla sugar crust, Chantilly cream, spiced almond sable disc, and caramelised apples. Berry Glissé, (named after the ballet move), combines the brightness of berries with the lightness of meringue, featuring a crème pâtissière filling, a frutti di bosco-filled white chocolate shell, soft meringue, crispy raspberries, raspberry pearls, and a hint of crispy coconut. For those seeking something nutty and luxurious, the Pistachio Pirouette offers pistachio pâtissière filling, a pistachio praline-filled chocolate shell, chocolate disc, pistachio Chantilly, and a generous scattering of pistachio nibs, bringing the nutty flavour to this collection.
Joining the donut selection is Donutelier’s festive twist on its much-loved pastry – the Pistachio Raspberry Croissant. Featuring rich, buttery flaky layers filled with vibrant raspberry jam and pistachio Chantilly, topped with fresh raspberries, pistachios, and a dusting of sugar snow, this seasonal favourite is the perfect Christmas indulgence.
To celebrate the season of giving, Donutelier will also be running a 12 Days of Christmas giveaway on its social media channels. Keep an eye out on Instagram and TikTok for a chance to win an array of delicious prizes, including festive treats from the new collection and exclusive tickets to The Nutcracker. It’s the sweetest way to step into the magic of Christmas.
