Nobody’s Child launches petite edit with Louise Thompson

Nobody's ChildNobody’s Child and Louise Thompson come together through a shared admiration for one another and a natural alignment of values. The brand said it has long admired Louise not only for her effortless style, but for her honesty, warmth and the way she openly champions women at every stage of life. This collaboration celebrates what we both parties believe in — thoughtful design, accessible fashion and creating clothes that make women feel confident, comfortable and truly themselves.

A collection designed for women who stand tall in spirit. Thoughtfully tailored for the petite frame, each piece reflects Louise’s personal journey towards balance and self-acceptance — effortless, uplifting and consciously made. From delicate dresses to softly structured separates, the collection is a tribute to finding strength in softness and joy in simplicity. A wardrobe that feels as good as it looks, designed to move with you through life’s next chapter.

Dresses flow from delicately embroidered daywear styles with vintage-inspired details to floor-length occasionwear in butter yellow hues, leopard print and hand-drawn florals.

Co-ords are playful yet practical, designed to be worn together or mixed with everyday wardrobe essentials in polka dots and checks. The hero short-sleeve blazer is given structure with subtle shoulder pads, while the matching high-waist wide-leg trousers are tailored perfectly for our petite customer — no alterations required!

Louise’s must-have denim dungarees give a nod to the ‘70s, styled with a white dobby cotton broderie anglaise blouse, complete with a charming Peter Pan collar.

“I’ve been a fan of Nobody’s Child for years, so getting to create a petite edit together was such a pinch-me moment. As someone who’s petite, I know how good it feels when you put something on and it works perfectly! This edit is all about easy spring pieces that fit properly, feel amazing and make getting dressed that little bit more fun,” said Louise Thompson

“We’ve always loved Louise’s style and the way she connects so honestly with her community, so collaborating with her felt incredibly special. Working together on this petite edit felt like a natural partnership. She brings such authenticity to everything she does and that really shines through in the collection,” said Jody Plows, CEO, Nobody’s Child.

What makes a piece petite?

Designed for women who are 5’ 3” and under. It’s the same basic sizing scale as our main range but we’ve brought in the shoulders, repositioned the waists, bust darts, knee position and re-created the lengths to perfectly match a petite frame.
