Leading English sparkling wine producer Nyetimber has announced the launch of a new, limited-edition English Summer bottle of its Rosé Multi-Vintage.
Nyetimber English Summer Rosé Multi-Vintage brings summer to life, with an illustration that is inspired by sun-ripened summer fruits and reflecting the flavours found in the glass: wild strawberries, redcurrants, raspberries and cherries, softened by a creamy, silky finish. It evokes the atmosphere of long afternoons outdoors, garden parties, flowers in bloom, and dappled sunlight; expressing seasonality through a luxury, timeless lens.
Nyetimber Rosé Multi-Vintage was the first sparkling rosé to have been released in the UK. Rich in colour, it has been carefully crafted to be full of expressive red-fruit characters and to offer texture and vibrancy that is truly memorable on the palate. The wine beautifully complements a wide range of dishes – from seafood canapés, to summer salads, picnic nibbles, or red fruit-based dessert – making it the perfect choice for long, sun-drenched days and shared moments over delicious food and wine.
Commenting on the launch, Nyetimber’s owner and CEO, Eric Heerema said: “Our new, limited-edition bottle captures the essence of an English summer at its most elegant; a moment of light, warmth and quiet celebration. It was designed in celebration of the wine itself, which we often describe as “English summer in a glass” – evoking the easy pleasure of long afternoons outside. We hope that Nyetimber English Summer Rosé Multi-Vintage will be enjoyed during many shared moments this summer.”
The launch follows the recent news that sales of rosé in the UK increased by 3% in the 12 months to April*, and the current onset of warmer weather and lighter evenings will likely lead to more people choosing rosé as their sparkling wine of choice.
A true pioneer, Nyetimber was the first producer of English sparkling wine to exclusively grow the three celebrated grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. With 11 vineyards spanning 425 hectares in West Sussex, Hampshire, and Kent, all Nyetimber wines are made from one hundred percent estate-grown grapes – allowing for complete control over every step of the winemaking process from vine to bottle.
In 2025, Nyetimber won Champion Sparkling Wine at the International Wine Challenge for its Blanc de Blancs 2016 Magnum. This was the first time in the trophy’s 34-year history that a wine from outside of Champagne had won the coveted prize.
Nyetimber English Summer Rosé RRP: £47. Available from Nyetimber.com and select retailers including Waitrose, Ocado and M&S from 5th May 2026.
