Raviolificio Lo Scoiattolo releases Halloween Ghost Ravioli, available at Morrisons for a limited time

Reading Time: 2 mins read

This Halloween, the only scares on the table will be delicious ones. Raviolificio Scoiattolo, a long-established producer of fresh filled pasta based in Varese, northern Italy, presents Ghost Ravioli, ghost-shaped pasta parcels filled with a rich blend of five cheeses: ricotta, mozzarella, Emmental, blue cheese and semi-hard cheese. A playful, spooky shape meets a creamy, intense flavour that’s… positively spine-tingling!

Frighteningly Goooood

Behind that goofy shape lies a soft, velvety heart, where the sweetness of ricotta and the stretchy melt of mozzarella meet the bold character of blue cheese. The result is a perfectly balanced filling that wins over both young and old people: ideal for getting even the youngest ones excited about dinner, and for turning a themed supper into a small event.

Ready in four minutes, no fear required

Summoning them is a breeze, no magic spell needed:

  1. Bring a pot of water to the boil and add salt.
  2. Drop in the Ghost Ravioli and cook them for 3-4 minutes over a gentle heat.
  3. Drain carefully and toss with melted butter and Parmigiano Reggiano, or with your favourite sauce.

The result? The taste of something made with love, even when you only have a few minutes to spare.

Proudly Made in Italy, in Limited Edition

Ghost Ravioli are made in Italy and can be found at Morrisons in 250 g packs priced at £2.50, only from 19 October to 8 November, while stocks last. Just long enough for one Halloween and a taste of November, then they’ll disappear from the shelves. If you want to try them, don’t wait until the last minute.

Frighteningly good. Terribly easy to find. Grab them before they vanish!

Scoiattolo is an Italian family-owned business based in the province of Varese, specializing in the production of filled and unfilled fresh pasta. For over 40 years and across three generations, it has combined the care and artisanal know-how of its origins with the ambition and innovative spirit of a larger enterprise. It brings to supermarket shelves both in Italy and around the world a delicious, authentic and ever-evolving product that celebrates the wonder of fresh pasta. The business produces both under its own brand name and as a private label for a number of Italian and international retailers, with quality, taste, research and innovation as its core strengths.
