Contemporary Cornish clothing brand, Seasalt, is delighted to announce the launch of Seasalt Rewards, its new loyalty scheme for customers, on 30th April.
Seasalt Rewards will continue to offer customers the exceptional Seasalt service that they know and love but with additional benefits. The new omni-channel offering replaces the traditional stamp card model in UK Seasalt stores with a digital mobile wallet card and aims to elevate the brand experience for customers.
The scheme will reward with points for all purchases, providing more personalised experiences and communications designed to increase engagement and retention of both in store and online UK customers. There is no threshold spend and points can be redeemed on future purchases, with 100 points worth £5.
Seasalt Rewards will be easy to use and will benefit all customers fairly. The transition to the new scheme is seamless, offering existing stamp card users the opportunity to transfer their accrued stamps until the end of June 2025. In addition, customers will receive birthday gift vouchers and exclusive offers, competitions and sale access.
