Sofa Club is continuing its UK retail expansion with the opening of a new store on Hadfield Road, Cardiff, bringing the brand’s latest store concept and signature sofa collections to customers in Wales.

Spanning 13,500sq ft, the new Cardiff location will be a full-service Sofa Club store, showcasing an elevated new design concept created to reflect the brand’s distinctive aesthetic.

More than a traditional furniture showroom, the space has been designed as somewhere to shop, dwell and enjoy. Against a cool, sophisticated backdrop, customers will be able to discover Sofa Club’s collections at their own pace while receiving expert support to find the perfect product for their home.

At the heart of the new store will be a bespoke sofa atelier, creating a dedicated space for customers to explore and discover the different fabrics available across its collections. The experience will be complemented by a relaxed in-store bar area, where customers can enjoy a drink or two while choosing their perfect sofa.

The Cardiff opening represents the next evolution of the Sofa Club retail experience, combining design, hospitality and personal service in an inspiring environment that brings the brand to life.

Paul Brennan, MD at Sofa Club, said: “We’re so excited to be opening the doors to our new Cardiff store. This is a significant space for Sofa Club and an opportunity for us to bring our new store concept to Wales in a really exciting way. We want sofa shopping to feel inspiring and enjoyable, so we’ve created a space where customers can take their time, explore our collections, visit our sofa atelier and enjoy a drink while creating something that feels perfect for their home. We can’t wait to welcome Cardiff in.”

Bestsellers from the Cardiff Showroom so far include:

Bloomsbury in Deep Espresso

Clapham in Deep Espresso

The Matcha Sofa

The Mocha Sofa

Marylebone in Soft Truffle

Early bestsellers from the Cardiff showroom point to a clear appetite for rich, earthy and autumnal tones, with deep espresso, mocha, truffle and matcha shades proving particularly popular. Customers are gravitating towards warm, grounding colours, suggesting a move towards cosy, nature-inspired interiors for the season ahead.
