Strawberry ShortcakeBeloved icon Strawberry Shortcake is bringing a nostalgic burst of berry goodness to bedtime with the launch of a new Strawberry Shortcake sleepwear and accessories collection at Primark, landing in stores this May. A playful fusion of retro charm and cosy comfort, this limited-edition collaboration is a heart-warming tribute to one of pop culture’s most iconic characters.

First created in 1973, Strawberry Shortcake soared to popularity in the 1980s and has remained a beloved symbol of sweetness, friendship, and fun across generations. With her signature pink bonnet, strawberry motifs and wholesome charm, she’s more than a character—she’s a feeling. Now, fans can relive the magic with a collection that brings her world to life in soft pastels, nostalgic prints, and delightfully wearable styles.

The collection features a mix of sleepwear staples and charming accessories, with designs featuring the iconic motifs and timeless aesthetic of Strawberry Shortcake’s whimsical world.

Highlights of the collection include:

  • Strawberry Tank Set
A playful two-piece featuring a soft jersey tank and matching shorts, adorned with all-over prints of Strawberry Shortcake.
  • Strawberry Baby Tee
A cropped, fitted tee complete with a Strawberry Shortcake motif, that can be worn both as pyjama top and as a fashion item.
  • All-Over Print Wide-Leg Trousers
Comfort meets cuteness in these full-length, relaxed trousers showcasing a nostalgic all-over character print.
  • All-Over Print Tote Bag
Functional and fun, this roomy tote features a repeat pattern of Strawberry Shortcake and friends, making it the ultimate carryall for sleepovers, errands or a trip down memory lane.
  • Picnic Berry Washbag
A practical pouch with a sweet twist—perfect for storing skincare, toiletries or sleepover essentials.

Designed to celebrate joy, nostalgia and feel-good comfort, the collection is not only a tribute to childhood memories but also a way to inspire fun and play into loungewear. The items available can also be worn as fashion pieces outside of relaxing at home.

Prices start from £9.00 and available from 18th May across Primark stores nationwide.
