Superdrug launches beauty treatment bookings online

Your next beauty appointment just got easier. Superdrug has launched an online booking service for its Beauty Studio, giving customers a simple new way to plan their treatments before they even step into the store.

From a fresh Mylee gel mani and perfectly shaped brows to a new hair colour or piercing, customers can now pre-book a wide range of treatments with Superdrug’s experienced beauty therapists. Each appointment includes a consultation, helping customers find the treatment and finish that works for them.

Treatments available include:

  • Nails, including Gel Polish and Builder Gel manicures, nail extensions and pedicures.
  • Brows, including shaping and tinting
  • Waxing, including full-face waxing and threading
  • Lashes, including Korean lash lifts, strip lash application, tinting and express lash extensions
  • Hair, from an extensive colour menu and complete restyles to fresh blow-dries
  • Piercings (walk in only)

Following the continued success of Superdrug’s Beauty Studios and growing demand for its in-store beauty services, online booking is now live across 72 stores. The service will roll out to over 200 Beauty Studio locations by the end of October, making it even easier for customers to secure a convenient appointment and fit a little beauty time into their day.

Stores already offering online booking include White City, Manchester Arndale, Cribbs Causeway, Merry Hill, Stratford, Cardiff St Davids, Newry Buttercrane, Brighton Churchill Sq, Edinburgh Princes St and Doncaster Frenchgate New.

For nail lovers, there’s plenty to choose from. Superdrug’s skilled nail technicians use Mylee’s TPO-free, real gel formulas to create everything from classic manis to personalised nail art, with a glossy finish that lasts for up to three weeks. With an extensive choice of colours, finishes and effects, customers can find a Mylee mani to match every mood and personal style. Mylee products are also available in Superdrug stores and online to recreate the look at home.

Brows remain another Beauty Studio favourite, with shaping and tinting offering a quick and easy way to refresh and define them. From a subtle tidy-up to a more sculpted finish, experienced beauty therapists can tailor each treatment to the customer and their desired look.

Simon Comins, chief operating officer at Superdrug, said: “At Superdrug, we want more customers to be able to enjoy professional beauty treatments without compromising on convenience or value. Our Beauty Studios bring expert, on-trend services to the high street, and as demand continues to grow, introducing online booking is a natural next step in making those services even easier to access.”

“Customers will have greater flexibility to plan their visit and secure an appointment at a time that works for them. It also brings our store and online experiences closer together, making it easier for customers to discover and enjoy Beauty Studio services in a way that suits them.”

The launch is the latest step in Superdrug’s continued online and offline strategy, creating a more connected experience across its stores and website and giving customers greater flexibility over how they discover, book and enjoy its beauty services.

Michael Bryce, CEO at HSNF, said: “We’re proud to partner with Superdrug to deliver professional treatments with Mylee. With our extensive colour range and high quality gel formulas, online booking makes it easier than ever for customers to enjoy the Mylee experience at Superdrug.”

Customers can book their next Beauty Studio appointment online via the Superdrug Beauty Studio: https://www.superdrug.com/beauty-studio
