Sweaty Betty goes full power with “Powered by London” collection

Sweaty Betty10 years. One powerhouse. No competition. Sweaty Betty is going all out for a decade of its bestselling leggings, dropping 8th June with cult archive hits, OG icons, and unapologetic new prints.

Back in 2016, they called leggings “just basics.” Sweaty Betty said: F*** that. A decade later, the Power leggings haven’t just endured, they’ve taken over. Not just worn, but lived in. Built for women who don’t stand still. Who don’t tone it down. Who don’t wait for permission.

From the leggings that started it all, to shorts, skorts and more, the Power franchise has become the backbone of how women move in the gym, on the track, and everywhere in between. Built with a second-skin feel with serious performance, they’re sweat-wicking, fast-drying and offer stay-put confidence.

Enter Sweaty Betty’s latest campaign… Powered by London, going back to where it all began, and turning it all the way up. The result? Three new limited-edition prints that show up and show off, with bold city landmarks dialled all the way up, alongside two statement Sweaty Betty wordmarks designed to stand out, not blend in.

Melissa Mullen, Sweaty Betty Brand President, says: “We were born in London. It’s where we started: our first store, first statement, first refusal to play things safe. This city lets women define power on our own terms, and a generation has done exactly that in our power leggings. So we turned London into a print: loud, lived-in, and unapologetic. This is for the women who show up, sweat, and keep moving – no matter what the city throws at them.”

Since 1998, Sweaty Betty has championed one belief: women shouldn’t have to shrink, soften or slow down to fit their lives – or their leggings. Its mission is simple: empower women through movement, strip back the pressure, and redefine fitness on their own terms.

The “Powered by London” collection launches officially on the 8th June, available at sweatybetty.com and in Sweaty Betty stores, with early access available on the eve of 4th June.
