Tesco reveals its 2026 Easter hot cross bun range

TescoNew for 2026, Tesco Finest introduces three innovative flavours to surprise and delight customers this Easter. The NEW Tesco Finest Caramelised Biscuit Filled Hot Cross Buns, feature a gooey biscuit centre and crunchy topping, while the NEW Tesco Finest Marbled Neapolitan Hot Cross Buns blend pink and white dough with chocolate chips and strawberry fruit pieces for a playful twist. Adventurous appetites are catered for with the NEW Tesco Finest Chai & Brown Butter Hot Cross Buns, bringing warming spice and deep rich notes of toasted butterscotch to the table.
Returning favourites include the Tesco Finest Extra Fruity Hot Cross Buns, made with butter enriched dough, generously filled with orange-soaked vine fruits, and the Tesco Finest Strawberries & Clotted Cream Hot Cross Buns. While savoury fans can opt for Tesco Finest Cheddar & Red Leicester Hot Cross Buns. The range also includes Tesco Finest 9 Mini Hot Cross Buns, ideal for sharing or lighter Easter moments.
Supporting a wide range of dietary requirements, Tesco offers Tesco Finest Free From Chocolate & Orange Hot Cross Buns and the Tesco Free From Hot Cross Buns, ensuring gluten-free shoppers can enjoy Easter staples without compromise.
Alongside the Finest range, Tesco’s core offering delivers everyday favourites at outstanding value. The Tesco Hot Cross Buns 6 Pack remains a family essential, while the NEW Tesco Hot Cross Bun Tear & Share brings a fun, pull-apart format featuring the traditional spiced filling, with a hand iced finish.
To help customers enjoy more for less, selected Hot Cross Buns are available on any 2 for £3 with a Clubcard offer, from 6 January to 6 April 2026. Available in stores and online now.
