The Pollen EstateThe Pollen Estate is pleased to welcome a wave of premium retailers, reinforcing its vision for Savile Row, Clifford Street and Old Burlington Street as a global centre of tailoring, craftsmanship and contemporary luxury.

Recent arrivals include specialist brands Carmina Shoemaker, P. Johnson and an expanded flagship for Thom Sweeney. These openings follow the arrival of menswear and selvedge denim specialists Rivet & Hide in late 2024 and align with the Estate’s refreshed retail strategy.

Jenny Casebourne, property director of The Pollen Estate, comments: “We are delighted to welcome these exceptional brands and creative talent to The Pollen Estate. This reinforces the Estate’s position at the heart of Mayfair, as a premier destination for best-in-class tailoring, craftsmanship, and luxury experiences.”

The latest retail openings continue to build momentum across the Estate. Alongside this, demand for office space remains strong, with historically low vacancy rates.

Recent and upcoming openings:

Thom Sweeney – 24c Old Burlington Street

Thom Sweeney has expanded its London flagship by integrating the adjacent former gallery to create a more immersive client experience. The enhanced ground floor now fully presents the ready-to-wear collection with enlarged fitting rooms, while the first floor retains its private bespoke and made-to-measure salon. The design mirrors the brand’s stores in New York, Los Angeles and Miami, blending warm woods, chrome accents and contemporary refinement.

Founders Thom Whiddett and Luke Sweeney comment: “This expansion represents our continued commitment to offering the highest level of service, craftsmanship, and hospitality to clients in our hometown of London.”

Rivet & Hide – 11- 12 Old Burlington Street

Opened December 2024, Rivet & Hide brings its curated blend of premium Japanese selvedge denim and craft-led menswear to the Estate. Founded in 2012, the brand is recognised for its commitment to carefully selected materials and a relaxed, customer-first approach.

Danny Hodgson, founder of Rivet & Hide, comments: “A year on and our new home on Old Burlington Street feels like a natural fit for Rivet & Hide’s heritage-driven collections. Mayfair has allowed us to showcase the very best in menswear in a setting already renowned for its appreciation for provenance, legacy, and artisanal know-how.”

Carmina Shoemaker – 3 Clifford Street

The Mallorcan shoemaker established in 1866 and renowned for Goodyear welted and Blake stitched footwear has opened its London store in Clifford Street, bringing six generations of artisanal craft to the heart of Mayfair. Carmina’s specialism is in the mastery of Shell Cordovan – creating handcrafted footwear celebrated for durability, comfort, and outstanding finishing. Every pair is shaped by precision, patience, and a deep respect for their shoemaking heritage.

Sandro Albaladejo, commercial director at Carmina Shoemaker, comments: “With its arrival in London, the house brings Mediterranean tradition to Savile Row, joining a community that values artistry, lineage, and craftsmanship. Today, Carmina stands as a modern expression of enduring shoemaking culture, rooted in history, yet confidently present, and positioned amongst the best premium shoemakers for men and women worldwide.”

P. Johnson – 25-28 Old Burlington Street (opened 29 January 2026)

Founded in Sydney in 2009, P. Johnson has expanded its international footprint with a new London showroom, relocating to a larger space at 25–28 Old Burlington Street, Mayfair. Designed by interior designer Tamsin Johnson, the showroom offers men’s ready-to-wear and Made to Measure tailoring in a refined, hospitality-led space that prioritises craftsmanship, conversation, and community.

Founder Patrick Johnson comments: “After ten years, we’re thrilled to be moving right into the thick of it. Old Burlington Street is our new London home – where it all started.”
