choc-a-block with flavour, texture and impact:
Tony’s Chocolonely is adding a new sweet and salty Popcorn Crunch bar to their 180g bar range.
Tony’s has combined two favourite film snacks – chocolate and popcorn – into one chunky bar: Popcorn Crunch is packed with roasted, caramelised popcorn pieces and covered in Tony’s’ creamy signature milk chocolate.
As well as a nostalgic hit of moreish crunch and sweet, roasted corn notes that take you straight back to your favourite cinema, each bar features Tony’s signature unequally divided design. Made from 100% traceable cocoa beans, it’s a sweet indulgence that delivers on taste and does good with every bite – whether taken to the movies, or curling up with for a cosy night in.
By adding the Popcorn Crunch bar to its core range, Tony’s continues to grow its positive impact on the lives of cocoa farmers in West Africa.
Why responsible sourcing matters:
Cocoa production faces mounting challenges: climate shocks and crop diseases in Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire, where 60% of the world’s cocoa is grown, have caused yields to decline. Because of poverty, there has been systematic lack of investment in cocoa farmers and their farms, it also causes child labor and deforestation.
Tony’s Chocolonely addresses this through Tony’s Open Chain, using its 5 Sourcing Principles to enable farmers to earn a living income and build long-term partnerships. All cocoa beans used by Tony’s, including in the new Filled range, are sourced through this model, ensuring resilience for farmers and premium-quality beans.
Responsibly sourcing cocoa isn’t just the right thing to do – it’s the smartest way to protect the future of chocolate. Better farming practices mean better cocoa beans, and better beans mean better tasting chocolate. Ethics and indulgence can go hand in hand.
