British shoe store, Office, known for its vast selection of well known-brands and trend-led footwear is delighted to be upsizing at Trafford Centre to create a brand-new Northern flagship within the sought-after retail destination, this autumn.

The newly upsized Office at Trafford Centre will offer customers the brand’s very best product range, including some top tier woman’s styles that are not available in any other high street locations. Shoe brands on offer will include Adidas, Nike, New Balance, Ugg, Birkenstock, Dr Martens, Asics plus many more.

The new retail space will become home to the widest collection of Adidas woman’s sneaker in the centre alongside some more up and coming brands such as Hoka, Miista, and Alohas. Office’s own range will also take centre stage in the new location as it grows its offering to meet regional demand.

The new store will feature a premium fit out with a well-considered, easy to navigate, open-plan shopping experience. As a flagship store within the Office estate, it will be serviced with deeper allocations of the must-have collections.

Office’s business objective has always been to serve fashion footwear to the consumer wherever, whenever and however they desire.  The new store will certainly support this goal by elevating the shopper journey and expanding the ranges on offer.

Kate Pearson, director of asset management at Pradera Lateral, added: “Office is a go-to footwear brand for our Trafford Centre customers so it’s no surprise it is growing from strength-to-strength. The Northern Flagship, adject to Sephora aligns to our retail strategy delivering best in class brands and the Office offer showcases a broad range of popular must-haves!”

Jon Richens, Managing Director at Office commented: “We are absolutely delighted to be expanding not only our square footage within Trafford Centre but massively enhancing the ranges that we have on offer to customers. Since opening at Trafford back in 2003, we’ve seen a significant uplift in sales, and we look forward to taking it to the next level with our new store this autumn”.
