UK’s first canned chilled soup, DOZZ, hits Ocado

DOZZ, DOZZ, the chilled RTD soup brand that has already made waves in the UK, has expanded its availability with a new listing on Ocado. Aimed at time-poor Brits looking for convenient, healthy food options, four of DOZZ’s most popular flavours – Vegetable Soup, Broccoli Soup, Chilli Bean Soup and Mushroom Soup – are now available via the online retailer for £2.70 per 310ml ring-pull can.

 Named as The Grocer’s ‘Top Launch 2025’ in soup, the brand’s new Ocado listing comes at a pivotal moment. With strong European success and growing traction after its initial UK launch in 2025, DOZZ is moving quickly to expand its availability and serve the increasing consumer appetites for convenient, healthy and clean-label ready-to-eat meals. 

Busy lifestyles and changing eating habits are reshaping the UK food-to-go landscape. Consumers are increasingly seeking light, nutritious meals that fit seamlessly into their day, whether at home, at work or on the move. One in four UK households now rank health as their top priority for the year ahead, reflecting a growing appetite for convenient, wholesome meal option.

DOZZ’s Ocado launch aligns perfectly with these trends. Its ready-to-drink soups offer portion-controlled, low-calorie options (from 102kcal per 310ml can) with high-quality, preservative-free ingredients, providing online shoppers with a premium, convenient and sustainable solution for meals at home.

The DOZZ recyclable aluminium cans offer a flexible 4-8 month chilled shelf life, with low handling requirements and clear differentiation within the ready-to-eat category. For online grocery, this means a product that ships easily, holds its quality and appeals to a growing segment of health-focused consumers.

The Ocado listing is an opportunity for DOZZ to accelerate growth, capture consumer attention and reinforce its position as the leader in chilled, ready-to-drink soups in the UK. Alongside the four flavours newly listed on Ocado, the DOZZ range includes seven other globally inspired recipes, such as Gazpacho, Yogurt and Mint, Tomato, Chicken, Lentil and Spinach, catering to both plant-based and meat-eating consumers.
