Edinburgh-based international law firm Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has advised high-street retailer Ann Summers on the opening of a new store in Glasgow. The new shop is located within Buchanan Galleries and becomes the retail giant’s third city centre store.
Ann Summers is a long-standing client of WBD with the firm providing a full service including looking after all UK property and having previously advised the iconic British lingerie retailer on lease variations for its Glasgow Fort and Argyle Street stores. The WBD team advising on the Buchanan Galleries shop was led by partner Nikki Powell and managing associate Clare Lamond from the firm’s real estate practice.
