Work smart. New AI virtual assistant hits UK market

SmartyMeet Warsaw-based technology firm SmartyMeet announces its UK expansion with the debut of ‘Boe,’ an inventive AI chatbot hailed as your “best AI buddy,” designed to transform video meetings into productive work sessions.

With a fresh round of investment from LT Capital, a prominent European venture capital fund, SmartyMeet is on a mission to further enhance the technology powering Boe.

According to Grand View Research, the market for intelligent virtual assistants (IVA), which includes the SmartyMeet product, was worth over $5.82 billion in 2020 and is projected to reach $51.9 billion by 2028, growing at a CAGR of 28.5%.

What sets SmartyMeet apart from other solutions is the comprehensive support provided by its virtual assistant, Boe, both before, during, and after the virtual meeting.

Before a meeting takes place, Boe presents users with the option to choose a tailored agenda. Every meeting is different and requires a different approach. Users have lots of options to choose from depending on what kind of meeting they’re having. Additionally, Boe supplies hosts of the meeting with a summary of previous discussions, information about the company and meeting attendees, enabling them to be better prepared for the forthcoming call.

During meetings, Boe actively takes notes, allowing attendees to concentrate entirely on the conversation. Furthermore, Boe offers real-time transcription and translation services, helping to overcome any potential language barriers. During your meeting, you can keep track of time according to the agenda sections. You can also highlight key moments during the meeting on the timeline and easily revisit them later. That’s not all – the AI chatbot also taps into the company’s knowledge base to address challenging technical questions raised during the call.

Finally, after the meeting, Boe has you covered with well-organised meeting notes that align with the agenda sections. Easily edit and share these notes with your team via email or transfer them to your CRM system. SmartyMeet streamlines the process to ensure everyone stays in the loop. Plus, Boe even offers sentiment analysis to give you valuable insights into the meeting dynamics.

“We are a friendly online meeting platform. We use the latest AI models to make meetings smoother and more enjoyable. We can help sales and customer success professionals be more productive and efficient in their meetings, save time, and provide better comfort at work,.” says Slawomir Kroczak, CEO of SmartyMeet.

While the SmartyMeet platform works brilliantly on its own, the real magic happens when you connect Boe with your CRM system like HubSpot, or your calendar. This streamlines workflows, allowing users to get even more benefits from using SmartyMeet.

“We are proud to introduce ChatGPT, an advanced AI companion tailored for online meetings. Designed to boost engagement and productivity in virtual gatherings, ChatGPT employs sophisticated algorithms to assist with note-taking, real-time transcription, and even language translation. By integrating ChatGPT into the meeting process, users can harness the power of technology to foster collaboration and stimulate creativity,” says Rafał Fic, CTO of SmartyMeet.

SmartyMeet’s UK launch follows as the result of cooperation with the LT Capital.

Łukasz Świercz,  managing partner of LT Capital, says: “The ongoing digitalisation and practical application of artificial intelligence is changing the world we live in. Our mission is to support change leaders, and SmartyMeet is undoubtedly among the game-changers in AI today.

The excellent product convinced us to invest. There is no turning back from the fact that employees will be spending more and more time on virtual meetings. The intelligent virtual assistant from SmartyMeet is the answer to the rapidly growing phenomenon of Zoom fatigue caused by the increased intensity of the digital workday. We have seen the huge global market potential of the “Boe” and the competencies of the experienced team of founders. We are convinced that we will achieve success together.”

“We’re incredibly excited to introduce our cutting-edge AI solutions to the UK market, making meetings more enjoyable and efficient. We believe that AI is a game-changer for those who can harness its power. With SmartyMeet, users gain a competitive edge in the form of Boe – a supportive team assistant who’s there every step of the way, enhancing the meeting experience from start to finish,” says Monika Wyszyńska, COO of SmartyMeet.

SmartyMeet is calling all pioneers and innovators to sign up to its early adoption programme that’s now available in the UK.
