Registration for Cityscape Global, the world’s largest real estate event, was officially opened today in partnership with the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing (MOMRAH). The record-breaking event is taking place in Saudi Arabia for the first time on 10-13 September, in Riyadh, expecting to attract over 180,000 global stakeholders from across the entire real estate ecosystem.

International and domestic delegates – from buyers and investors in property through to B2B real estate professionals – will descend on Riyadh to this launch edition of Cityscape Global in September. The celebrated event is set to host hundreds of exhibiting master developers, including world-exclusive showcases of the largest global giga projects, and will also exhibit B2B real estate services including developers, architects, PropTech, consultants and contractors. They will sit alongside over 200 phenomenal speakers during the 4-day program at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre, Malham.

With agenda-leading stages across the exhibition hosting multiple tracks, themes, and topics, key conferences throughout the event include: the Future Living Summit, a series of aspirational sessions focusing on future living; the Institutional Investor Forum, a space for local and international investors to network and invest in upcoming future projects in the GCC; CityscapeWIRE (Women In Real Estate), a series of networking events aimed at fueling the careers of women in real estate; and the Design and Architecture area showcasing industry trends aimed at inspiring the next generation of building and community design professionals.

“The launch of Cityscape Global in Riyadh ties perfectly into the three key pillars of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 strategy – vibrant society, thriving economy, and ambitious nation. In recent years, the real estate market in Saudi Arabia has grown exponentially, attracting large-scale foreign and domestic investment,” commented Alexander Heuff, Exhibition Director of Cityscape Global.

“Now home to some of the most ambitious giga-projects anywhere in the world, Saudi is the driving force for the next-generation property sector. With the support of our partners MOMRAH and SAFCSP (see below), Cityscape Global will be the ultimate stage to showcase the remarkable transition that is the future of Saudi Arabia, as well as play host to the world’s key real estate players,” added Heuff.
