Lidl GB is gearing up for an egg-citing Easter weekend, as it provides shoppers with essential tips to navigate one of the busiest bank holidays of the year.
With last year’s Easter rush clocking nearly 2,000 shoppers per minute on the Saturday, Lidl anticipates even more people will come through its doors to stock up on the discounters best value seasonal favourites.
Plan your visit
The discounter will be open as normal on Good Friday and Saturday, with stores in England and Wales closed on Easter Sunday, reopening on Easter Monday1. As the UK’s fastest growing supermarket2, following a surge of one million new customers last year, Saturday is yet again set to be the busiest day. Based on footfall trends, early birds can beat the peak crowds by visiting between 8am and 10am or after 6pm.
