Tapi Carpets & Floors and John Lewis are delighted to announce the opening of an exciting new Tapi concession store at John Lewis’ Oxford Street flagship on Monday 10th February.

The milestone store opening marks the launch of Tapi’s partnership with John Lewis & Partners, with 161 more concessions to follow in stores around the UK by summer 2025.

Promising to make buying flooring reassuringly simple, Tapi’s expert floorologists will be on hand to help customers find a new floor from the extensive collection of carpets, laminate, engineered wood, and luxury vinyl flooring.  Customers will also be able to purchase a specially curated collection of John Lewis branded carpets alongside top carpet brands such as Westex, Brockway, and Victoria, plus renowned laminate flooring brand Quick-Step.

Tapi’s home visit service and digital offering will also be available to all John Lewis customers via tapi.co.uk.

For those needing a full flooring service, Tapi can arrange fitting with their team of trusted fitting partners up and down the country and will also uplift and dispose of old flooring if required. To help spread the cost of new flooring, interest-free credit options with zero deposit are available for up to 30 months.

Charlie Harris, director of buying at Tapi Carpets & Floors, shares his excitement of the partnership launch: “It’s a great honour to be associated with the John Lewis brand. Like Tapi, they’re focused on great value, high quality products and delivering outstanding customer service. We’re also delighted to bring to market an appealing new collection of 100% wool John Lewis branded carpets”.

Katie Papakonstantinou, director of services & hospitality for John Lewis, added: “It’s been so exciting to see this first concession launch. We’re delighted to welcome Tapi to John Lewis and are confident that our customers will value their extensive flooring proposition and commitment to outstanding customer service.”
