Volvic adds Cherry to its sugar free Touch of Fruit range

Touch of Fruit rangeVolvic, the UK’s number one flavoured still water brand*, is set to expand its flavour portfolio with the reintroduction of Cherry to its Sugar Free Touch of Fruit range.

Volvic Touch of Fruit Cherry perfectly pairs an irresistibly juicy cherry flavour with the refreshing taste of Volvic Natural Mineral Water, making it the ideal choice for a midday break or an afternoon ‘pick-me-up’. The new flavour will be launching with an RRP of £1.35** in Morrisons (19th February),Tesco (w/c 14th April), ASDA (28th April) and Sainsbury’s (May 2025), as well as rolling out in wholesale and convenience stores from April onwards.

Previously available until 2021, the return of Cherry to the range is a direct response to strong consumer demand for product in this beloved flavour. This move also taps into the growing momentum in the soft drinks market, where cherry-flavoured variants have seen a strong +6% increase in sales over the past year, particularly among younger and millennial consumers.

Cherry’s return to the portfolio strengthens Volvic’s position as a leader in flavoured water*, ensuring the range continues to be relevant in a competitive category. Volvic Touch of Fruit saw strong growth of +10% year on year in 2024, with new flavours important in creating excitement for the category.

“With cherry a trending flavour of the moment, we’re thrilled to relaunch this flavour to meet this increased demand” said Rachael Hann, category director beverages UKI. “We know that great tasting products are a key driver for consumers. That is why we go to great lengths to select delicious flavours to encourage healthy hydration.”

Volvic’s Touch of Fruit range is a refreshing combination of Volvic Natural Mineral Water and a twist of natural fruity flavours. With eight delicious variants, every sugar free 250ml serving contains fewer than 4 calories, making it a great way to help consumers stay hydrated throughout the day.
