Simba has partnered with Oxfam to donate mattresses, beds, and accessories to be sold through Oxfam’s online store. This initiative has already raised £273,000 to support Oxfam’s work tackling poverty and inequality, as part of Simba’s long-term mission to drive meaningful social and environmental change. This collaboration builds on Simba’s work with Relief Beds, which provided both emergency and new beds to those affected by the devastating fires in LA County, and beyond.
Simba is a leader in sleep technology, with over 325,000 five-star customer reviews and more than one million high-performance sleep products sold worldwide. As part of this collaboration, Simba has donated 1,440 units, including 1,144 mattresses, 297 accessories, and 3 beds.
The initiative aligns with Simba’s broader mission of making quality sleep accessible to everyone and ensures that more people can experience its innovative, award-winning products at attainable prices, all while supporting meaningful causes.
Emma Reid, Director of Sustainability at Simba, commented: “As a B Corp, we take our responsibility to people and the planet seriously. This partnership with Oxfam allows us to make a tangible impact by reducing waste while raising crucial funds to support those in need. We’re proud to work alongside Oxfam and look forward to continuing our commitment to sustainability and social change.”
Lorna Fallon, Oxfam’s Retail Director, said: “We’re proud of our partnership with Simba raising vital funds to help tackle poverty while giving their end-of-line and refurbished mattresses a new purpose. Their generous donations have already raised over £270,000, helping to fund our work supporting climate-vulnerable communities and providing urgent life-saving humanitarian supplies.
“Simba x Oxfam is the first collaboration to have its own dedicated landing page on our online store, and we look forward to seeing how the partnership continues.”
