Deliveroo and KFC enter new partnership

KFC is now available to Deliveroo customers, rolling out to 924 stores nationwide by the end of May

Deliveroo and KFC are today announcing a new partnership that will make the UK’s original fried chicken brand available to customers via the food delivery platform.

The partnership, now live, will initially be available from select restaurants covering London and the South East, before rolling out to 924 KFC restaurants by the end of the month.

It comes as data from Deliveroo shows that chicken continues to be one of the most popular categories on the platform, highlighting ongoing strong demand from customers nationwide – with chicken wings, chicken salads and chargrilled chicken all featuring in the top 10 of the Deliveroo 100 list of the UK’s top trending food deliveries of last year.

KFC continues to evolve its digital offering for customers, with the aim of making it as easy as possible for fried chicken fans to order their favourite menu items in whatever way suits them best, from digital self-service kiosks in its restaurants to delivery platforms like Deliveroo.

The news follows Deliveroo’s Q1 2025 results, where Deliveroo reported GTV growth of 9% year-on-year in the UK and Ireland, with order growth accelerating to 7% and both GTV and orders growing ahead of the market.

Carlo Mocci, chief business officer at Deliveroo said: “We’re thrilled to partner with KFC and are looking forward to delivering its finger lickin’ favourites to thousands of our customers’ doorsteps nationwide.  At Deliveroo, we pride ourselves on our ability to help our restaurant partners reach new customers, boost their delivery sales, and drive growth – and that’s why so many fantastic brands choose to partner with us, from beloved big-name chains like KFC to small local independents up and down the country.”

Ella Smith, chief legal officer, KFC UK and Ireland, said: “We know we need to be wherever our customers are, which is why we’ve doubled down on our digital offering over the past few years. Finding the right combination of ordering options and commercial partnerships to serve all our customers simply and easily is key, and this partnership with Deliveroo will help bring KFC to more people nationwide.”
