Beechdean launches summer offer on popular SIDES Ice Cream range

SIDES Ice Cream rangeWith temperatures reaching up to 26°C in the UK this weekend, Beechdean has launched a new offer for the beginning of summer on its popular SIDES Ice Cream range —making it perfect way to cool down in the sun.

SIDES, the ice cream brand from YouTube legends The Sidemen, has been flying off shelves recently. Now, their Salted Caramel Cake and Marshmallow Cake 500ml tubs are part of a three for £10 deal (usually £4.50 each) available in Iceland stores nationwide.

The Salted Caramel Cake flavour is sweet, salty, and swirled with cake chunks and a gooey caramel core. The Marshmallow Cake is an indulgent mix of pink marshmallow sponge cake pieces, sweet raspberry ripple, and sprinkles.

Andrew Howard, co-founder and managing director of Beechdean, said: “The Sidemen bring an energy and ambition which is unmatched in the UK today and we’ve been making award-winning ice cream for 35 years, so the opportunity for the SIDES Ice Cream brand is huge and we’ve already seen significant retail demand, just as we saw with customers of the SIDES restaurants.”

Gordon McDermott, SIDES’ food director, said: “The reaction to these ice creams in SIDES restaurants was phenomenal, and we can’t wait to watch this brand grow and match, or even overtake, the success we’ve seen with our other brands following the launch into retail.”
