Costa CoffeeThe season of sunshine, flavour and easy-going moments is here – and Costa Coffee is ready to serve it up. Launching in stores Thursday 3rd July 2025, the Nation’s Favourite Coffee Shop* is unveiling a fresh wave of Summer menu additions.

From the return of the much-loved Spanish Latte range to a tempting line-up of brand-new sweet and savoury treats, Costa Coffee is serving up the ultimate summer indulgence. Whether you’re soaking up the sunshine or simply taking a well-earned break, there’s something delicious waiting for you in-store this season.

Summer just got sweeter – Spanish Latte is back
Making a much-anticipated return is the fan-favourite Spanish Latte. Inspired by global coffee trends and loved by customers across the UK, it’s back by popular demand. Add a little innovation to your go-to Latte with the Spanish Latte, featuring a sweet, condensed milk-flavoured sauce. And for those looking to cool off, the Iced Spanish Latte delivers the same dreamy flavour, poured over ice for the perfect summer refreshment.

Smooth, chilled and ready-to-go
Need a cool coffee on the move this Summer? Costa Coffee’s ready-to-drink Latte range has you covered, now crafted with a NEW and improved, silkier recipe. Available in two delicious flavours, Classic and Caramel – these ultra-smooth lattes are designed to help you be at your best, wherever Summer takes you.

Summer flavours in every bite
Costa Coffee is introducing a brand NEW addition to its food range: Barista Bites. Thoughtfully crafted for life on-the-go, summer strolls, or laid-back afternoons in the park, these bite-sized snacks bring flavour to any moment:

  • NEW Cheese Bites – Golden, crumb-coated bites of melted cheese, served with a tangy tomato chutney for a satisfying, savoury snack.
  • NEW High Protein Chicken Bites – Crispy breaded chicken bites served with a smoky chipotle BBQ dip, delivering big flavour and a protein boost.

And no Summer menu is complete without a sweet treat. Pair your Tiramisu Iced Whipped Latte with the NEW Tiramisu Cookie Sandwich, a rich dark chocolate cookie sandwich filled with a tiramisu-inspired, creamy coffee frosting, finished with icing and cocoa powder. It’s the ultimate treat for dessert lovers.

“At Costa Coffee, we believe Summer should taste as good as it feels, and this year, we’ve taken inspiration from around the world to bring those holiday flavours a little closer to home.”

“From the smooth sweetness of the Spanish Latte to the Tiramisu Cookie Sandwich inspired by the classic Italian dessert, it’s all about helping our customers taste a little bit of Summer, one sip or bite at a time. And for those in the mood to snack, our Barista Bites are a fun new food format for Costa Coffee – perfect for enjoying in-store or grabbing on-the-go as you make the most of those sunny days” said Nishant Bhatia, Global Food and Beverage Innovation Director.

Whether you’re jetting off for a city escape or a sun-soaked getaway, Costa Coffee is never far behind. With stores in major UK airports, including London Heathrow, Manchester, Aberdeen, and Birmingham, you can enjoy your favourite handcrafted drink before you board.

And once you’re in the air, the journey continues: Costa Coffee’s hot beverage range is available onboard easyJet and Jet2.com flights, bringing familiar comfort and quality coffee to your travels.

These new additions to Costa Coffee’s Summer menu are available in-stores nationwide from Thursday 3rd July 2025.
