Roly’s Fudge taps into Middle Eastern flavours with new Pistachio Chocolate Fudge

Roly’s FudgeRoly’s Fudge, renowned for its traditional handmade fudge, has just launched its latest creation, Pistachio Chocolate Fudge.  This new fudge is inspired by the rich, bold flavours of Dubai’s growing pistachio and matcha dessert trend. Combining premium ingredients with Roly’s signature fudge-making methods, it is designed to appeal to consumers seeking a premium, globally inspired sweet treat.

The Pistachio Chocolate Fudge is made using high quality dark chocolate (100% cocoa), crushed pistachios, a hint of almond and organic matcha for a naturally green, visually striking finish. Each piece is topped with a matcha and pistachio drizzle, enhancing both its look and taste. The new flavour will be sold in a select number of Roly’s Fudge pantries across the country.

Produced in small handmade batches, each taking over two hours and yielding just 100 portions, this fudge reflects Roly’s Fudge ongoing commitment to craftsmanship and quality over mass production.

“This flavour is a real celebration of where tradition meets trend,” says Dannee McGuire, Director at Roly’s Fudge. “Pistachio and matcha are hugely popular right now, especially in patisseries and cafés across the Middle East and Europe. We wanted to bring that vibrant, indulgent experience into our range while staying true to our handmade process.”

Pistachio Chocolate Fudge is available at select Roly’s Fudge pantries across the UK and online at www.rolysfudge.co.uk (RRP from £3.25 per 100g).
