In celebration of National Burger Day (21st August), street-food inspired burger spot ZULA is teaming up with the masters of hot honey, Dr Sting’s for a special-edition burger: Thai Honey Burger
Bringing his innovative touch, the Thai Honey Burger is created by ZULA’s founder and Executive Chef Cihan Kipcak. Priced at £10.50, at its core is a specially curated fiery sauce with classic Thai flavours such as ginger, coriander and lime mayonnaise infused with a sweet but punchy kick from Dr Sting’s. Carefully selected to balance the heat and depth of flavour, the burger is layered with melted cheese, with everything is stacked inside ZULA’s signature brioche buns that are made fresh in-house each morning.
Dr Sting’s Hot Honey is the brainchild of Chef Ben Lippett and Designer Jamie Kaye. Inspired by the spicy nectar from Brooklyn, Dr Sting’s is crafted in small batches in the UK using 100% blossom honey, organic chillies and high quality apple cider vinegar.
Launching on National Burger Day (21st August), the Thai Honey burger will be available at ZULA until 31st August between 12pm and 5pm daily. For those wanting to kick off the bank holiday with a flavour punch, the Thai Honey burger is the perfect choice for fuelling festivities.
