Pasta Evangelists has announced the opening of three new London restaurants between now and the end of the year, marking the next step in its ambitious plan to open 100 restaurants across the UK over the next five years. The first of the new sites, Pasta Evangelists New Oxford Street, will officially mark its opening with a Pasta Party and DJ for all diners from 5:30-9pm on Wednesday 1st October. Diners will receive free Prosecco with dine-in meals until the end of October. The brand-new restaurant will serve up Pasta Evangelists’ most famous and delicious fresh pasta dishes – including Ragù alla Bolognese, Carbonara of Dreams, Beef Agnolotti and many more – to hungry diners looking for a leisurely meal after some retail therapy, those looking for a fast, fresh option in their lunchbreak, or even a pre-show dinner for a night at the theatre. The new location will also offer classes at the highly rated Pasta Academy, where guests can learn from in-house Italian chefs how to make fresh pasta dishes from ravioli to tagliatelle, all while enjoying unlimited Prosecco!
The restaurant on New Oxford Street will be closely followed this autumn by branches in Queensway and Chelsea. The new openings follow a wave of growth for the business, which recently announced its plan to expand and open 100 restaurants across the UK within five years, creating up to 1,500 jobs in the process. This announcement was deemed by Chancellor of the Exchequer, Rachel Reeves as great news for the hospitality industry that “demonstrates the dynamism and resilience of British businesses.”
