Tapi Carpets & Floors has reached a major customer review milestone, reaching 100,000 5-star reviews on Trustpilot while maintaining its ‘Excellent’ rating and an average score of 4.8 stars.
The achievement reflects the flooring retailer’s continued focus on customer experience as it marks more than a decade in business. Since launching in 2015, Tapi has grown to become one of the UK’s largest flooring specialists, with more than 220 stores nationwide, including 20 John Lewis concessions, alongside a network of over 230 mobile showrooms.
The milestone comes during a period of continued growth for Tapi, which was recently named ‘Best Big Retailer’ in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 and further strengthened its position in the market through the acquisition of the Carpetright brand in August 2024.
Alongside its 4.8-star Trustpilot rating from more than 108,000 reviews, Tapi reports that 95% of customers say they would recommend the flooring retailer to a friend. The business also maintains an average Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 76.
