Pasta Evangelists launches bottomless Pasta & Prosecco Dining Experience for just £40

Pasta lovers everywhere can rejoice as there’s now a guaranteed way to have a bellissima weekend. Pasta Evangelists are launching a new Bottomless Pasta & Prosecco dining experience across all restaurants (Richmond, Chiswick, Greenwich, and Harrods) from Saturday 17th of May.

Forget avocado on toast and eggs royale, as those seeking something a bit different can now enjoy an array of artisanal fresh pasta dishes paired with bottomless Prosecco. For just £40 per person, diners at the Richmond, Chiswick, and Greenwich restaurants can taste their way through Italy with unlimited servings of Pasta Evangelists’ most popular dishes.

The menu line-up includes comforting Cacio e Pepe, classic Carbonara, a contemporary Pistachio Pesto, as well as mouth-wateringly tender Beef Ragù, and Spicy Arrabbiata, all served with rocket salad and a refreshingly light and effervescent Prosecco. And the best part? Each decadent sauce will be partnered with a different fresh pasta shape.

And for those who can’t skip the temptation of a rich and deliciously cheesy al forno (oven baked) course, there is the option to upgrade the culinary journey through Italy even further with unlimited Truffle Mac & Cheese and Beef Lasagne dishes for just £45 per person.

Finn Lagun, Co-Founder of Pasta Evangelists, comments on the brand-new launch: “Italians were on to something when they decided three courses was not enough. Having a little bit of everything you desire is a culinary principle we wanted to bring to the UK. Bottomless prosecco is fabulous – but the real unmatched value in our dining experience is the ability to try such a variety of artisanal fresh pastas at a very reasonable price point.  We want to take diners on a journey through Italy while also easing the pain of menu decision-making. This is the kind of brunch where you come hungry and leave very happy – as is the Italian way.”

The new Bottomless Pasta & Prosecco brunch is available every weekend at all Pasta Evangelists restaurants including Richmond, Chiswick and Greenwich from Saturday 17th May. Sittings will take place from 11am and last for a maximum of 90 minutes.

A similar menu will be offered at Pasta Evangelists in Harrods from £65 per person.

Bookings will officially open on 12th May via the Pasta Evangelists website: https://pastaevangelists.com/
