Tesco’s festive meal deal options serve up a Christmas sandwich feast

Tesco’s festive meal deal Tesco’s much-loved Christmas Sandwich and Meal Deal range returns this year, with a line-up that combines seasonal favourites with exciting new twists inspired by festive flavours from across the globe. Launching from 13 October (with the Tesco Finest Chicken, Bacon & Trimmings Yorkshire Pudding Wrap arriving in November).
This year’s range brings together indulgent Finest creations, and classic turkey filled favourites, along with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Customers can enjoy them as part of Tesco’s great-value Meal Deal, or trade up to the Premium Meal Deal for extra festive flair.
Highlights from the Core range:
  • Tesco Honey Ham, Red Leicester & Festive Chutney Sandwich: Honey roast ham and tangy Red Leicester layered with spiced pear & apple chutney, lettuce & mayo on cranberry & sage bread.
  • Tesco Turkey & Trimmings Sandwich:  a traditional favourite, layered with turkey, sausages, bacon, stuffing, mayo and cranberry sauce.
  • Tesco Currywurst Sausage Sub: Inspired by German Christmas markets, with herby sausages, balsamic onions and curry ketchup.
  • Tesco Plant Chef Festive Feast Wrap:  A plant-based twist featuring smoky La Vie vegan bacon, roasted carrots and parsnips, sage & onion stuffing, sweet cranberries, and a savoury vegan gravy mayo.
  • Tesco Free From Festive Chicken & Trimmings Sandwich: a full Christmas dinner in a gluten-free seeded bread.
 Finest Premium Meal Deal Options:
  • Tesco Finest Chicken, Bacon & Trimmings Yorkshire Pudding Wrap: (Launching in November) All the flavours of Christmas wrapped in a Yorkshire pudding: tender chicken, pork, sage and onion stuffing, smoked maple bacon, roasted root veg, cranberry red cabbage and rich gravy mayonnaise.
  • Tesco Finest Festive Chicken & Bacon Wrap: served with a dip of sage and black pepper gravy mayonnaise.
  • Tesco Finest Brie & Bacon Brioche Bagel: A soft brioche bagel filled with creamy Brie and rashers of applewood smoked maple-cured bacon, finished with spiced cranberry and crisp rocket.
  • Tesco Finest Turkey BLT Sandwich: deli-inspired layers of turkey, maple bacon, Emmental gherkin mayo, lettuce and tomato on rye bread.
A side of Festivity:
This Christmas, Tesco is partnering with Coca-Cola to spread festive goodwill through the meal deal, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners will be donating 20p to FareShare,  the UK’s leading food redistribution charity, for every Festive Meal Deal purchased with any 500ml Coca-Cola Original Taste, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar or Diet Coke (incl. flavours). These funds will help FareShare provide meals to people and communities in need across the country during the Christmas season.
To complete the lunch on the go, customers can pair their sandwich and drink with a choice of festive sides, including but not limited to:
  • Tesco Festive Mini Savoury Eggs
  • Tesco Pigs in Blankets Sausage Rolls
  • Tesco Mini Pork & Cranberry Pork Pies
  • Tesco Apple & Cinnamon Slice
The Tesco Christmas sandwich range will be available in stores and online from 13 October, with prices starting from £3.00. A Tesco Festive Meal Deal, including a main, snack & drink, is available for £3.85 with a Clubcard (£4.25 without) while the Tesco Premium Meal Deal (Premium main with standard side and drink) is available from £5.50 with a Clubcard (£6 without).
