Mint Velvet reveals an elevated AW25 coat campaign: Mint Velvet ICONS

Mint Velvet unveils the ICONS collection, celebrating its most iconic outerwear, fronted by iconic, inspiring women. Respected industry insiders including broadcaster Charlotte Collins, award-winning broadcaster Jo Good, professional dancer Patricia Zhou, women’s health advocate Dr Faye Bate, award-winning journalist, chef and restaurateur Ravinder Bhogal, CEO & founder of AMCK Aicha McKenzie and model and Speaker Mia Maugé. These women embody the effortless, empowering spirit of Mint Velvet’s signature Relaxed Glamour. Each coat is crafted with purpose – strong silhouettes, premium fabrics and considered details – and designed to elevate wardrobes now and forever. This is outerwear with presence, for women with presence.

“We have a very long winter here in the UK, so I need something that’s fabulous and has serious impact – like this incredibly cosy Mint Velvet coat. Something that gives good shoulder, brings a bit of drama – it means that you can wear something simple underneath, add some fun accessories and you’re good to go,” said Charlotte Collins.

“When I put a great coat on, it is my confidence. It is my outfit. It is my outer layer. It’s what everybody sees when I walk into a room, or I walk down the street. This is it. This is my armour,” said Jo Good.

“An icon to me is a piece of clothing that has the power to make people look, make people stare and make heads spin,” said Aicha McKenzie.

“We’ve Planned our best ever outerwear season and we’ve bought 45,000 units which is enough to keep everyone warm at the headline set on the pyramid stage at Glastonbury,” said Harri Rands, product director at Mint Velvet.
