Cygnet, the world’s most luxurious gin, co-founded by world-renowned classical singer Katherine Jenkins OBE, is furthering its mission to redefine mindful indulgence and sustainable luxury with its latest masterpiece: Cygnet Infinity. Off the back of unprecedented success with its first three multi-awarded winning expressions (Cygnet Welsh Dry, Cygnet 22, and Cygnet 77) – Cygnet has pioneered a first of its kind luxury non-alcoholic botanical Spirit.
Cygnet Infinity will make its retail debut exclusively in M&S Foodhalls nationwide from 10th December at an RRP of £32. This marks a significant moment for the brand, strengthening its partnership with Marks & Spencer and making its award-winning craftsmanship accessible to a broader audience.
Building upon its movement of luxury sipping spirits, the Cygnet Infinity liquid is designed to stand alone as an alcohol-free alternative, rather than as a substitute or imitation of traditional gins. Cygnet Infinity is created through a meticulous distillation process using the same Cygnet 22 botanicals, including Cygnet’s signature Manuka Honey. This is then further enriched with a symphony of carefully selected botanicals including Lion’s Mane, Siberian Ginseng, Schisandra Berry, Chrysanthemum, Hibiscus, Rosehip.
With this new release, Cygnet’s brand purpose is to elevate the social experience of non-drinkers or occasional drinkers, with a non-alcoholic spirit that offers more, not less.
Matteo Fantacchiotti, partner and chairman, Cygnet Gin commented: “With Cygnet Infinity, our new non-alcoholic expression, we’re once again redefining what luxury spirits can be. We set out to create Cygnet as a true luxury icon, and Infinity is about creating a new standard in the non-alcoholic category. What makes this milestone even more meaningful is that it was achieved by a small yet mighty team whose relentless standards and breakthrough thinking continue to push our craft forward. Infinity is proof that innovation isn’t about size, it’s about vision, courage, and an uncompromising pursuit of excellence.”
The craft behind Infinity
What sets Infinity apart is the extraordinary care taken in botanical extraction. The distillery employs two separate infusion methods to honour each ingredient’s unique properties:
Lion’s Mane undergoes an extended two-hour infusion at carefully controlled temperatures to extract its complex earthy depth. Meanwhile, the botanical blend – including Siberian Ginseng, Schisandra Berry, Rosehip, Hibiscus, Chrysanthemum, and Capsicum – is prepared through a staged process, with each botanical added at precisely the right moment to achieve optimal flavour and the spirit’s distinctive deep pink hue.
These botanicals were chosen for the complexity and depth they bring to the liquid. From Schisandra’s “five-flavour” profile to Chrysanthemum’s delicate floral notes, each ingredient contributes to a spirit that is as sophisticated in taste as it is in purpose.
Katherine Jenkins OBE, Founder of Cygnet Gin, commented: “As someone who has always loved the ritual of enjoying a gin yet often chooses not to drink in the days before a performance, I know how limited the choices can feel for those of us seeking something truly special without alcohol.
With Cygnet Infinity, we wanted to create more than just an alternative – a spirit that carries the same elegance, depth, and authenticity as Cygnet 22, but crafted with innovative botanicals like Lion’s Mane, Siberian Ginseng, and Schisandra. These are ingredients I personally find compelling for their complexity and rich histories.
Every botanical is treated with the same meticulous care and dedication to craft that defines our award-winning gins. This is about elevating the non-alcoholic experience to the same level of luxury: a drink that tastes exceptional, feels considered, and redefines what it means to share a moment, glass in hand, without compromise.”
