Walker’s Shortbread launches exclusive Lemon Spring Mini Bags for travellers

Walker’s ShortbreadWalker’s Shortbread, a family-owned and operated business with over 128 years of heritage, has launched its new seasonal Lemon Spring Mini Bags into the travel retail sector. The launch gives travellers the opportunity to purchase the Easter-themed treats as a gift or an on-the-go snack.

The Lemon Spring Mini Bags feature bite-sized, Easter egg-shaped pieces of Walker’s iconic all-butter shortbread, enhanced with a zesty citrus twist. True to the brand’s time-honoured family recipe, the shortbread is crafted in the Scottish Highlands using high-quality ingredients: flour, butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt, with the addition of lemon.

The product will be available exclusively at WHSmith stores across the UK Priced at £4.99 (RRP for 175g pack), these bags are perfectly positioned as a premium, shareable treat for travellers looking to celebrate the spring season.

The launch taps into the seasonal uplift in demand for premium sweet treats around Easter. The vibrant, convenient packaging and unique flavour profile make the Lemon Spring Mini Bags an ideal product for the fast-paced travel retail environment, offering a taste of Scottish heritage to a global audience.
