The Jolly Hog Butcher’s to open one-day pop up in Clapham, giving out free sausages to celebrate collaboration with Colman’s and Marmite

The Jolly Hog,British meat brand, The Jolly Hog, is bringing its latest product launch into the real world with the introduction of The Jolly Hog Butchers, a one-day experiential London pop-up designed to celebrate its new Marmite and Colman’s sausage range.

Landing in Clapham on Sunday 10th May, the brand will be transforming a traditional butcher shop setting into an immersive experience that brings together product, nostalgia and the best of British food culture.

Created to celebrate what the brand call a “banger of a British pairing”, the pop-up is designed to drive engagement with its new sausage range, developed in collaboration with two of the UK’s most recognisable condiment brands, Marmite and Colman’s Mustard. The activation places the product at the centre of the experience, allowing consumers to enjoy hot samples on-site, take a complimentary pack home, extending the experience beyond the event itself. 

The space will be designed to echo the campaign’s core message of “banging British flavours meets proper British bangers”, while tapping into a sense of nostalgia around traditional food occasions. The pop-up also reflects The Jolly Hog’s broader strategy to connect with consumers beyond the supermarket shelf, creating shareable, experience-led moments that encourage trial and word of mouth. 

Olly Kohn, co-founder of The Jolly Hog said: “We’ve always been obsessed with top-notch, good-quality food and the moments that come with it, from BBQs to brunches and everything shared with friends and family. Growing up, trips to the local butcher for proper, high-quality sausages were a big part of our lives, and ultimately what inspired us to start The Jolly Hog in the first place. So bringing that nostalgic butcher shop experience to life now feels like a real full circle moment. It’s the perfect way to celebrate our new sausage range, bringing together iconic British flavours for the perfect pairing, and we can’t wait to welcome people to The Jolly Hog Butchers.” 

The pop-up event  will run for one day only, with limited product available served on a first come first served basis.

When: Sunday 10th May
Event timings: Opening from 10.30am until stock runs out
